- Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend to return with tracking options, D hairstore will not be responsible for lost returns. please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
- Please note that refunds or exchange for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
- All items will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange or refund.

Return and Exchange for hair extensions
We accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened and worn. D hairstore extensions are ties as a bundle, you can check the color and quality. If you are not satisfied with, please e-mail us at email@example.com to initiate your return and which shade you'd like to exchange for or to arrange you a refund. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your hair extensions back for an exchange or for refund. For hygiene and public safety reason we do not allow worn items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers.
For an exchange
We will send you the different color hair extensions after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system and delivery will take standard shipping time.
For a refund
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. We will provide a refund on unopened hair extensions within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
Return and Exchange for hair styling tools
D hairstore hairstyling tools are manufactured to the highest standards and will provide you with superior performance when used in accordance with the manual instructions. Orders should be inspected upon receipt. Any suspected (cosmetic or functional) defects must be reported to D hairstore within 30 calendar days of receipt (from D hairstore) to request a no-cost replacement. Items reported to the Company as damaged or defective outside of 30 days past receipt of the item from the Company, and within 1 year of purchase, are eligible for a Limited Warranty Replacement. Please check our warranty policy for more details.
We will provide a refund for hair styling tools within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your hair styling tools. For exchange, delivery will take standard shipping time.
